Today I’m sharing what I ate in a day while on the Whole30, which also makes everything Paleo. Even if you’re not doing either of those diets, these are some great healthy eating ideas! While I’m no longer doing the Whole30, I’ve found I don’t mind eating Paleo 70% of the time – I’ve always loved healthy eating so I’m not surprised, haha!
