Hey guys! Here’s a quick tip on Saturday this week instead of Wednesday, lol… Hope you all are doing well and hanging in their on your weight loss journeys. My tip this week is to ease back into keto slowly if you’ve fallen off the wagon and you’re having a hard time re-commiting. Just continue not eating carbs and sugar and you’ll be feeling great in a week. Going back “strict keto” right away (a.k.a. logging) can be a lot so don’t worry about it at first. Ease into it. Remember all the keto foods you love. You got this!
