I don’t care what we do: Low carb. vegan. diet shakes. meal replacement. IT doesn’t matter. I don’t care if you want to lose weight or gain weight.
What I care about is that we take control of what we eat, and start leading a healthier life style together. we’ll focus on nonscale victories as well as focus on improving that number on the scale.
